DC Healers LLC respects your privacy and collects only the information needed to coordinate and safely prepare for Reiki sessions.

Information You Provide

When you book, contact DC Healers, or complete the private client intake form, you may provide contact details, appointment information, comfort preferences, and health or wellness information you choose to share. This information is used to communicate with you, prepare for your session, and support your comfort and safety.

How Intake Information Is Handled

Client intake responses are sent to a private Google Sheet controlled by DC Healers and a private notification email. They are not stored in the public website or its source-code repository. Please share only information relevant to your session and do not use the form for emergencies.

Booking and Third-Party Services

Appointment scheduling is provided through Calendly, and intake storage and email delivery use Google services. Information submitted through those services is also subject to their privacy and security practices. DC Healers does not collect payment through Calendly at this time.

Website Analytics

Analytics may be added in the future to understand general website traffic. This policy will be updated if tracking tools are activated.
