Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Late arrivals may shorten the available session time. Missed-session and refund terms will follow the written terms provided with the appointment.

Technology Issues

If a distance session is interrupted by technology, Daniel will work with the client to reconnect, continue, or reschedule as appropriate.
